Lower Boom est principalement composé de Matt Schulte et moi…as a fella once said. We don many overlapping hats, but one of the easiest to delineate divisions of labor is: he is the creative writer while visual creative direction is my charge. Whether it be a presentation a pitch a program or a poster, I provided the visual direction. Let's take a look at some corporate Lower Boom visuals in action.

Film Discovery App. We designed a serendipity driven film discovery app. Matt Schulte and I hammered through functionality details, then I designed a functioning prototype. We used the prototype to test the concept with actual filmmakers.
Here is the sign out bumper I created for placement at the end of all our films.

We created a lot of pitch books for film projects. This was for a program which sought to create five short film teasers by different filmmakers shot in a Virtual Production environment. The goal–to give Northwest filmmakers hands on training in cutting edge VP tools.

Sample pages from the VP pitch. Each film had three pages: an overview of the film, some tone and inspiration photos, and a page that featured a bio of one of the participants and an answer to the question "Why is this film apt for Virtual Production?"

This is the logo I designed for the Film On Film festival that was developed by Lower Boom, Kodak, and the Hollywood Theater in Portland. A festival of films actually shot…on film!
